SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions 

1. General 

By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Mizu Pool Covers. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided at sign-up or any other number you designate. 

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Mizu Pool Covers. We reserve the right to adjust the number of messages we send, whether increasing or decreasing the total number at any time. 
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for more details on your text plan and any applicable fees. 
  • Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase with Mizu Pool Covers. 
  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

2. Carriers 

The supported carriers may vary, but they are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. Check with your carrier to ensure service availability for Mizu’s SMS messaging. 

3. Opt-Out / Cancellation 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our short code. After you send the “STOP” message, you will receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device. If you wish to re-enroll in the messaging service, simply sign up again as you did originally, and you will begin receiving messages from Mizu again. 

4. Help 

If you need assistance, text “HELP” to our short code. You may also contact us at info@getmizu.com for further support or questions regarding the messaging service. 

5. Number Changes 

Before changing or transferring your mobile number, you agree to either text “STOP” from your original number or notify us at info@getmizu.com of the change. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your mobile number to prevent the new owner of your number from receiving unwanted messages. 

6. Privacy 

For information on how we protect your data and your privacy rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 

7. Changes to SMS Messaging Terms 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS messaging program at any time without notice. Changes to these terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the SMS service after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
