Winter Prep
We check the system over and get it set up for cold-weather months.
Leaf and Debris Removal
We clear leaves and debris off the top of the cover so nothing sits on it all winter.
Cover Box Cleaning
We clean out the box so leaves and debris don't clog the drain or get in the mechanism.
BOOK MY FALL SERVICE14-Point Inspection
We check every key component for safety and performance:
Torque limiter, Rope reel brake, NME Brake, Pulleys, Rope adjustment, Motor/keyswitch, Webbing, Material/fabric, Guide feed, Sliders, Lid/brackets, Mechanism, Guide/track, Drain/box. (If we find a problem, we'll tell you what we found and quote any repair before we do the work.)
Track Cleaning and Spray
We clean and spray the tracks so the cover moves smoothly.
Pulley Lubrication
We lubricate the pulleys to cut friction and wear.

When should I book?
As early in the fall as you can. Fall spots fill up, and it’s best to get your cover done before leaves pile up and temperatures drop.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we can get to the pool and the key switch.
What if you find a problem during the inspection?
We’ll show you what we found and give you a quote. No repair work happens without your OK.
Is cover cleaning included?
Not in the base plan. A full cover cleaning is available for an additional $600.
What areas do you serve?
Utah, Idaho and the Seattle area.
Do you service covers Mizu didn't install?
Yes, we service most major automatic cover systems.
